Annual Fund

Your donation helps us make sexual abuse and violence happen less often, but when it does happen, it works to help us support and advocate for victims.

The Annual Fund supports the work that happens every day at Day One.

We are the only organization in Rhode Island that provides a full range of services assisting adult and child victims of sexual abuse.

The Fund for Day One

The Fund for Day One creates a more sustainable future as we work to secure and expand our nationally recognized programs while protecting us from funding cuts during difficult economic times.

Your investment in the Fund for Day One helps to expand our programs like the Rhode Island Children’s Advocacy Center and it allows us to respond to community needs in an emergency. It also provides supplemental funding if a traditional source changes.

Corporate Giving

Corporate partnerships and event sponsorships have a direct impact on the community working to end sexual violence and brings visibility to the partnering organization.

There are many ways that you can contribute to Day One…

Workplace Campaigns

• Designate Day One in your company’s United Way or workplace giving campaign.

Memorial/Tribute Gifts

• Honor someone and benefit your community at the same time. Day One will notify the honoree(s) of your gift and provide a tax-deductible letter for your records.

Planned Giving

Volunteer

• Visit our Volunteer section to find an opportunity that fits your schedule. Volunteer hours are often financially matched by companies; contact your HR department for more info.
